– produce scorie radioattive e non esiste ancora nessun sistema per gestirle in sicurezza;
– costa troppo: un affare per pochi e un bidone per tutti;
– non dà indipendenza né sicurezza energetica: l’Uranio è una risorsa che entro qualche decennio sarà esaurita;
– le centrali sono degli obiettivi “sensibili” per il terrorismo e non esistono sistemi di protezione in caso di incidenti aerei.
